We ship our products worldwide. The following are estimates of shipping times:
- Standard post: 3-5 days (Australia Wide)
- Express: 1-3 days (Australia Wide)
- International 7-12 days
- Orders processed within 36 hours and tracking sent to you
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
Organic Events Supply Company is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
If the order arrives at your country the customer refuses to accept the package, or an attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, Organic Events Supply Company is reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of refunds. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
